i make sure to exercise hard every day for at least 30 minutes! i also have cleaned up my diet a ton… no more excessive glasses of milk, chips, ice cream, candy, waffles, etc. obviously i cheat every once in a while, but instead of having a million oreos or a big bowl of ice cream, ill have one small cookie or a frozen yogurt :) thanks so much though, that means a lot! good luck! xxx
yes i am! 1) I’m not a big fan of rest days… i haven’t had one of these yet except for yesterday because i was sick :/ i hated it! 2) both are super important! exercise is probably a little bit more (to me) just because it not only helps you lose weight but it also releases endorphins that make you happy :) 3) between 1200 and 1500 usually! 4) to make exercise a priority! exercise is equally as important as going to school :) thanks for the questions! xxx
