today i went for a 4 mile run… it was a challenge today because i was working on speed! but i’ve always been pretty athletic doing a bunch of sports and then i stopped and decided it was time i cleaned up my diet and started pushing myself. I did the first week and half solely elliptical and moved onto treadmill and running. Find an exercise you love and do that! or mix it up so things don’t get boring and you don’t get unmotivated. Healthy eating habits also play a huge role! xxx
