you have to find your own motivation! it can’t be someone else telling you to do it. if you want it bad enough, you’ll do it! just keep yourself focused, talk to people that will support you, talk to your parents to get healthy food in your house, etc! i eat fruits, veggies, chicken, turkey, brown rice, oatmeal, puffins, peanut butter, almonds, whatever is healthy and natural :)
